At Moderlyn, we know that once you've picked out the perfect piece of wall art for your home, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

Every order is carefully checked and packed by our team before it leaves our facility. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to our shipping carrier and you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Below is a breakdown of delivery estimates and shipping costs by region:

Contiguous United States (the 48 lower states): Estimated delivery of 5–10 business days after processing, with free shipping available on qualifying orders (see Shipping Rates below).
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO), small outlying islands, and other U.S. territories: At this time, we are unable to ship to these locations. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

If your shipping address falls outside our serviceable area, please reach out to our customer service team before placing your order so we can let you know your options.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is made up of two parts:

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 5–10 business days (contiguous U.S. only)
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 6–13 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Severe weather, high-volume seasons, and public holidays can occasionally add extra time to your delivery, and we'll do our best to keep you informed if that happens.

Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping pricing simple:

Orders between $0.01 and $34.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99
Orders of $35.00 or more: free standard shipping

Free shipping applies only to addresses within the contiguous United States. It does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small outlying islands, military addresses, or other U.S. territories, as we're currently unable to deliver to these areas at all.

Order Cutoff Time

To help set the right expectations, here's how our daily cutoff works:

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

All Moderlyn orders are shipped from our U.S. address located at 2030 Mackenzie Way, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066.

Please Double-Check Your Shipping Address

We want your order to reach you without a hitch, so please take a moment at checkout to confirm your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers. Moderlyn isn't able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Sales Tax

All prices listed on our site are shown before sales tax. If applicable, sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping state of your order, in accordance with local tax laws. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.
